Who we are
This website is operated by Jacek Kieszkowski, an independent researcher based in Poland. Contact: jacek.kies@outlook.com.
What data we collect and why
AI Readiness Benchmark (Tier 1 — PDF): When you complete the benchmark, your 12 answers, dimension scores, and overall score are saved to our EU database for aggregate research. No personal data is required. Name, company, industry, and country are optional context fields — if left blank, your responses are fully anonymous and cannot be associated with any individual. The PDF report is generated entirely in your browser. No data leaves the EU at this stage.
Bridge Analysis (Tier 2): If you request a personalised analysis, your email address is added to your benchmark response, linking your previously anonymous answers to an identifiable person. Your scores and industry context are sent to Anthropic (US) to generate the analysis.
Bridge Roadmap (Tier 3): If you complete the deep-dive assessment, your name, company, email, and written answers to 8 personalised questions are stored and linked to your benchmark response. All data — scores and written answers — is sent to Anthropic (US) to generate your report.
How we use the data
Benchmark responses are used for aggregate research purposes: understanding AI readiness patterns across European industrial organisations. Individual responses are never published, shared, or made identifiable. Aggregate statistics (e.g., average scores by industry or company size) may be used in research publications with no individual identification.
Email addresses are used only for the purpose for which they were provided: sending your benchmark report. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails, sell email addresses, or share them with third parties.
Where data is stored
Benchmark responses and reports are stored on Supabase (AWS infrastructure, EU-West region, Ireland). The website is hosted on Vercel (global CDN, US-based company).
Third-party data processors
To generate personalised AI analyses (Bridge Analysis and Bridge Roadmap reports), your benchmark scores, industry context, company size, and — for Bridge Roadmap — your written answers to 8 deep-dive questions are sent to Anthropic (San Francisco, USA) via their Claude API. Data is processed solely to generate your report. Under Anthropic's API data policy, inputs and outputs are automatically deleted after 7 days and are never used for model training. See Anthropic's data policy for details.
Email delivery is handled by Resend (US-based company, AWS infrastructure). Your email address and report link are transmitted to Resend to deliver your report. No marketing emails are sent.
Important: By requesting a Bridge Analysis or Bridge Roadmap report, you consent to your benchmark data being processed outside the European Economic Area (specifically, by Anthropic in the United States) for the sole purpose of generating your personalised analysis. No personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide is transmitted. You may use the benchmark (Tier 1 PDF) without any data leaving the EU.
Client-side storage
This website uses your browser's localStorage to temporarily save your in-progress answers to the Bridge Roadmap deep-dive questions. This data is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to our servers until you submit, and is cleared automatically after submission. No cookies or third-party tracking scripts are used.
Your rights under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you have the right to: access your personal data and receive a copy; rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; and receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability).
To exercise any of these rights, contact jacek.kies@outlook.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Benchmark responses are retained for research purposes for the duration of the research programme. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting jacek.kies@outlook.com.
